Terms and Conditions for Use of Cash Voucher

I Offer Period

Cash Voucher will be available for collection between June 29 to July 31, 2020. If there are other promotion period for Cash Vouchers, there will be separate announcements made.

II How to acquire the Cash Voucher

You can EASILY acquire the Cash Vouchers by performing ANY ONE of the following:

And to acquire more than one cash vouchers, simply perform any of the point #2 to #6 repeatedly, you will be awarded extra vouchers for successful executions according to the rules set below!

1.After successfully registering (valid name authentication required) as a global buyer member at the Buy-World International Station (www.buy-world.com), you can collect your voucher,and/or;

2.Log onto www.buy-world.com “Global Procurement Base online live webcast hall”, and by watching Three (3) or more suppliers’ online live webcasts each day, you will receive one additional cash voucher for every day! And/or;

3.Recommend others to register as Global Buyer Members at Buy-World International Station (www.buy-world.com), for every successful referral, you will receive one additional cash voucher,and/or;

4.According to Point 2 above, if the buyer log onto the www.buy-world.com on multiple days and watch the required daily 3 or more suppliers’ online live webcasts, then the buyer will receive multiple vouchers, one for each day. Each cash voucher is worth USD 100K,and/or;

5.Download Buy-World app and receive one additional cash voucher！And/or;

6.Recommend partners to download Buy-World app, you can receive one additional cash voucher for each referral!

Note: there is no limit to how many extra Cash Voucher you can acquire during this promotion period, the only concern is there is a limited vouchers available, so ACT FAST !

III Rules of Use

You voucher can be used when the following conditions are met:

1.Within the timeframe specified by each Merchant / Product on Buy-World.com, the Cash Vouchers can be redeemed at a specified Cash discount ratio. The cash discount amount of each product is listed on each Product details page.

Example illustration:
In the “Sample Direct Purchase Zone”, a standard 30% discount ratio of the cash voucher is applicable to ALL product samples listed here, meaning: If the product sample A is priced at USD 1500, then the buyer will pay per piece : USD 1500 X 70% = USD 1050 using his own money; AND use USD 450 from his acquired USD 100K cash Voucher to pay for the 30% difference.

2.It can be valid only when your online transaction payment is through this website. The Cash Vouchers can only be redeemed when the order placement is processed on Buy-World.com and payment made through its online payment platform.

3.It can be used only for deducting purchase price of goods on this website, not available for other transaction parts (logistics, insurance, customs declaration, inspection, etc.). The Cash Vouchers are only applicable for deducting the sale price of the products. It cannot be used to pay for other services (including but not limited to shipment, insurance, customs declaration, certifications, etc.) on Buy-World.com.

IV Special Note

1.The Cash vouchers cannot be transferred, nor redeemed for cash.

2.In the event of a return of a product , the amount deducted by using the cash voucher will not be refunded.

3.Buyers are encouraged to redeem the Cash vouchers received as soon as possible. Buy-World.com reserves the right to change, revise, suspend or terminate the rules for the use of vouchers at any time without prior notice. Received vouchers shall be voided if Buyer fails to use it in time according to the latest usage guideline.

4.These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

5.These terms and conditions are subjected to the regulatory and monitoring provisions on payment system in the relevant Territory.

6.In case of disputes, Buy-World.com reserves the right of final interpretation and decision of these Terms and Conditions.

Best Price Guarantee

In order to ensure buyers can enjoy the best price guarantee when placing order on Buy-World.com, each Buy-World.com supplier must offer the best product price as it is offering at any other e-commerce platforms or offline international trade marketplaces, if any. Otherwise, Buy-World has the right to remove the product from the platform.

Buy-World has the absolute right to interpret, decide and execute the above "Best Price Guarantee".
