Yantai Oriental Protein Tech Co.,Ltd founded in 2008 which is professionally committed to pea processing. With total annual capacity of processing 150,000 MT of peas, we extract 25,000 MT pea protein and 70,000 MT pea starch. By the excellent hardware environment and management basis, the company obtained QS Food Safety Manufacturing, ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC(Grade A), Kosher, HALAL and both NOP/EOS Organics.
Pea protein isolate composite by 18 kinds of amino acids, high Lysine, allergen-free, no cholesterol, high digestibility. It could be widely used in nutrition supplement, sport nutrition drinks, beverage and meat products.
Pea starch contains more than 60% Amylose, it is special ingredient for Longkou Vermicelli and traditional bean jelly/sheet. Due to excellent gelling property, it helps meat processing and confectionery industry to save 20%-30% amounts and save cost.
Pea protein concentrate with protein content of 55% and above, processed through physical separation and no heat treatment applied. By its active protein property, it can be used as fermentation substrate as nitrogen source. It is widely used in high grade feeds, pet foods and aquatic feeds.
Pea dietary fiber is a composite products of cellular wall fiber, polysaccharide, lignin and others.The fiber content up to 50% and above. Due to the plenty hydroscopic factors, it has strong water absorption and retention. It is widely used in fruit jam, meat processing and etc.
