Guanxian Yonglian Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is located on Suzhou Road in Guanxian Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province. It covers an area of 50 acres and currently has more than 100 employees. It is approved by the Ministry of Transportation and specializes in producing supporting traffic safety facilities such as highway waveform beam guardrail boards, columns, anti blocking blocks, column caps, end caps, anti glare plate brackets, etc.

With a total investment of 110 million yuan, it is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the production, processing, warehousing, distribution, and trade of hot-dip galvanized composite materials. The production process adopts the method of natural gas annealing and heating to form a hot dip continuous production, which does not produce zinc smoke and ash, and meets the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.

The company currently has several production lines, including pickling production line, galvanized sheet and strip production line, corrugated beam guardrail cold rolling forming production line, electrostatic spraying production line, straight seam welded pipe production line, longitudinal cutting production line, supporting and environmental protection equipment. We have an annual production capacity of 500000 tons of pickling coils, 200000 tons of galvanized steel sheets and strips, and 100000 tons of transportation facilities. The product has advantages such as corrosion resistance, low cost, long service life, and environmental protection, and is mainly used in multiple fields such as corrugated beam steel guardrails on highways and urban roads.

The product has obtained the certificate of conformity from the Testing Center of the Ministry of Transportation and the certificate of transportation product certification, and has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
